Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse the Products page, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for details that we need to be able to fulfil the order.

We accept credit card payment also pay pal payments. At present we can only accept payment in Sterling. If your credit card statements are in a different currency, you may place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to the currency of your card.

We accept Maestro / Switch, sole Visa and MasterCard.

If you do not wish to use the on-line payment facility you may advise your credit card information by phone, fax, we recommend that these details are NOT advised by unsecured e-mail over the Internet.

We reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company.

Shipping And Handling

England, Wales, and the Scottish mainland. The standard hours of delivery are between 09.00 and 17.30. Specific morning or afternoon delivery can be made on payment of a surcharge.

For deliveries to the Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, the Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight a surcharge of £15.00 per consignment (including VAT) will be made.

Delivery Schedule

We do not ship goods to third party address we will normally send your order to you in 14 business days. UK deliveries are dispatched by courier and are usually delivered the day following dispatch.

For International orders we only take pay pal as a payment, received in less than 15 working days.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the estimated delivery date and given option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

The value of orders for delivery to the UK include 17.5% VAT.

Prices (and shipping surcharges) for delivery to destinations outside the VAT zone are net and do not include any local import duties and taxes which might be payable before customs authorities release the goods for final delivery.

On line payments are processed by Lloyds Tsb Bank plc secure e-payments system, which utilises 128-bit encryption. Credit Card payments are verified by VISA and MasterCard secure code. www.spyshoponline.co.uk does not have access to complete card details that you enter into this payment system.

Guarantee

Returns Policy

All faults and defects must be report to us within 24 hour of receiving by fax, email or telphone item not reported within this time scale may be subject to surcharge

We will accept return of any unused item, returned in its original packing for a refund providing we are advised in writing within 7 days of receipt of the item. Postage sur charge unless the goods are faulty or do not comply with the contract.
